Sea Bath Ritual

Sea Bath Ritual

A restorative ritual inspired by the healing rhythm of the sea.

Inspiration

For centuries, people have sought renewal in salt water. From cold ocean plunges to quiet coastal swims, the sea has long been a place to release stress, restore perspective, and reconnect with nature.

Inspired by tidal pools, sea breezes, and the simple ritual of immersing yourself in mineral-rich water, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and let the tide carry away the day.

What You'll Need:

Tradewinds Ocean Mist Room Spray

The Ritual

1. Set the Coast

Mist your bathroom with Tradewinds Ocean Mist Room Spray before the water begins to run.

Take a slow breath and let fresh marine notes transform your space into a peaceful coastline.

2. Draw the Water

Fill the tub with warm water and add your Sea Bath Salt Sachet.

For a richer soak, choose your ritual:

Add Halcyon Waters Bath Oil for silky, nourishing water.

Or drop in a Tidal Pool Bath Bomb and watch it fizz into mineral-rich waters inspired by hidden coastal pools.

Sink in. Breathe deeply. Stay as long as your body asks.

3. Polish with Salt

Massage Tidal Pool Salt Scrub onto damp skin using slow circular motions.

Allow the sea salt to gently exfoliate while nourishing oils soften your skin, leaving it smooth and renewed.

4. Rinse + Refresh

Rinse away the salt with cool or lukewarm water, imagining the feeling of emerging from an ocean swim.

Pause for a moment and notice how your body feels. The salt water has done it's job.

5. Restore

Massage Springwater Ritual Lotion into warm skin.

Its fresh, clean scent evokes the feeling of a cool freshwater rinse after a day by the sea, leaving your skin hydrated and your senses refreshed.

6. Stay a While

Wrap yourself in a soft robe, pour a cool glass of water or herbal tea, and linger in the calm a little longer.

The sea may be miles away, but its rhythm can stay with you.

A quiet tide for body and mind.
