The Ritual
1. Set the Mood
Dim the lights and create a quiet, calm space. Light a candle or simply let the room soften into stillness. Begin to slow your breathing.

2. Soak
Fill your bath with warm water and add your Sweet Dreams soak. Sink in slowly. Let your body relax and your muscles release.
Stay here for a few minutes longer than you normally would.

3. Cleanse
