Prairie Summer Ritual
Prairie Ritual
A ritual fresh air and wildflowers.
Inspiration
Inspired by the wide open landscapes of the Alberta prairies, this ritual captures the feeling of warm sun, soft wind, and fields in bloom.
It’s a return to simplicity — where light, air, and scent come together to restore a sense of ease and quiet joy.
What You’ll Need
Wildflower, Honey and Oat Prairie Soak
Body Oil or Butter
Fresh air or open window
The Ritual
1. Open & Breathe
Open a window or step outside if you can.
Let fresh air move through your space.
Take a few slow breaths — this is your reset.
2. Soak in Warmth
Run a warm bath and add your Prairie soak or bath bomb.
As the water softens and scents begin to rise, sink in slowly.
Let your body relax as if resting under the sun.
3. Cleanse Lightly
Using your Alberta Wildflower & Honey soap, cleanse gently.
Let the soft floral and honey notes feel light, fresh, and uplifting.
4. Rinse & Glow
Rinse with warm or slightly cooler water.
Notice the feeling — clean, soft, and refreshed.
5. Nourish & Finish
Apply a light body oil or butter to seal in moisture.
Keep it simple — just enough to leave your skin soft and radiant.
6. Step Back Into the Day
Wrap yourself in your robe or comfortable clothing. Sun dry if possible.
Carry the feeling with you — light, open, and at ease.
This is your ritual of light — a return to openness, ease, and natural beauty.
