Mountain Springs Bath Ritual

Hot Springs Ritual

A ritual inspired by the healing waters of the Canadian mountains.

Inspiration
Long before roads wound through the Rockies or wooden boardwalks traced the edges of steaming pools, warm mineral waters rose quietly from deep within the earth.
For thousands of years, these springs have drawn people seeking rest, healing and renewal. Many are found on the traditional territories of Indigenous Peoples, who have long understood the significance of these waters and the landscapes that surround them. Today, they remain places where mist rises into mountain air, stone holds the day's warmth, and time seems to slow.

The Hot Springs Ritual is inspired by that experience. Mineral rich water, cool forest air, weathered stone and the steady rhythm of flowing streams. An invitation to soak deeply, breathe slowly, and reconnect with the quiet strength of the natural world.

The Ritual

1. Prepare the Waters
Dim the lights and let the bath fill with warm water. Scatter the Hot Springs Mineral Soak beneath the stream, allowing the minerals to dissolve as gentle steam fills the room.
Pause for a moment. Take a slow breath and imagine the quiet hush of a mountain valley after rain.
2. Sink Into Stillness
Ease into the bath and let the warmth soften tired muscles. If using the Mineral Stone Bath Bomb, add it now and watch it slowly dissolve, releasing its minerals and earthy fragrance into the water.
Close your eyes. Listen to your breathing. Let the day drift away.
3. Cleanse Lather with the River Stone Soap, taking your time as you massage the rich lather over your skin. Rinse slowly, as though standing beneath fresh mountain water flowing over smooth stone.
4. Restore

While your skin is still warm, massage Springwater Ritual Lotion into your arms, legs and shoulders. The lightweight hydration melts into the skin, leaving it soft, refreshed and lightly scented.

Imagine stepping from the mineral waters into cool mountain air, your skin warmed by the springs and kissed by the freshness of the forest.

5. Rest

Wrap yourself in a robe, pour a cup of herbal tea and find a quiet place to sit. Resist the urge to rush back into the day.

Stay here for a few more moments, allowing the calm to linger before returning to the world.

The Feeling
Grounded. Restored. Quietly renewed.
Like emerging from a hidden mountain spring, carrying a little of its stillness home with you.
