Recovery Ritual

The Recovery Ritual

Soak. Steam. Sip. Sleep.

A warming ritual for cold days, tired bodies, and deep restoration.

Step 1: Prepare the Space

Dim the lights.

Brew a mug of herbal tea. Ginger, lemon, honey, peppermint, lavender or chamomile all work beautifully.

Take a few moments to slow your breathing and set aside the day.

Step 2: Open the Airways

Mist the shower walls or bath area with Nordic Steam Spray.

Allow the eucalyptus and rosemary vapors to fill the room.

Take several slow, deep breaths.

Imagine you're stepping into a Finnish sauna, letting warmth soften tension and congestion.

Step 3: The Mustard Bath

Add Mustard Bath Soak to a warm bath.

Mustard baths have a long history as a traditional home remedy used to:

 • encourage warmth

 • stimulate circulation

• ease tired muscles

• support relaxation

Soak for 15-20 minutes.

Allow the heat to penetrate deeply into the body.

Step 4: Warm & Rest

After bathing:

Put on comfortable clothing or a robe

Continue sipping tea

Apply a rich moisturizer or Ritual Lotion

Avoid screens if possible

Instead, read, journal, listen to calming music, or simply rest.

Step 5: Early Night

Mist pillows and linens with Nite Cap Pillow Spray.

Head to bed early with a cool room, warm blankets, and the feeling of being cared for.

Rest and recover.
