Hammam Ritual
Hammam Ritual
A cleansing ritual of warmth, steam, and relaxation.
Inspiration
Inspired by the ancient Turkish hammam tradition, this ritual is a slow unfolding of heat, steam, and purification.
It invites you to soften the body, awaken the senses, and release what no longer serves you. Through warmth and water, you return to yourself — grounded, glowing, and renewed.
What You’ll Need
Hammam Neroli + Rose Foaming Bath & Shower Oil
Hammam Exfoliating Mitt
Hammam Neroli + Grapefruit Sugar Scrub
Rosewater + Frankincense Facial Mist
Herbal tea
The Ritual
1. Steam, Sip & Soak
Begin by creating warmth. Run a hot bath or shower and allow the room to fill with steam.
Add a few pumps of your Foaming Oil to the bath, or let the steam surround you in the shower.
Sip your tea slowly. Let your body begin to soften.
2. Exfoliate
Once your skin is warm and damp, use your Hammam mitt to gently exfoliate in slow, circular motions.
Follow with your sugar scrub, massaging into the skin to polish and renew.
Rinse thoroughly.
3. Foam & Cleanse
Apply your Foaming Bath & Shower Oil directly onto your skin or mitt.
Work into a soft lather and cleanse slowly, breathing in the warm, citrus-spiced aroma.
Let the scent linger as you rinse.
4. Cool & Restore
Turn the water slightly cooler to awaken the body and close the ritual.
Step out gently and pat skin dry — leaving a hint of moisture behind.
5. Wrap & Rest
Wrap yourself in your robe.
Mist your face lightly with the refreshing Rosewater Frankincense spray.
Take a moment to sit, sip, and simply be.
Follow with your favorite lotion or body butter.
This is your ritual of release — a return to softness, warmth, and quiet renewal.
